I'm a third-year perio resident on the West Coast and am about to graduate in June 2022. I don't have a single job offer as of now since. I'm also a foreign-trained dentist with no dds/dmd from the US and hence limited to only a few states where I can practice.
My question is - how do I find an associate position? Apart from reaching out to practices that post on perio.org, what other resources should I access? Are dental recruiters of any help?
