New PM&R programs?

A while back I heard that Midwestern in AZ was trying to create a new PM&R residency program. Does anyone have an update on that or know of any other programs that may open up in the next year or two?

I just did a google search and heard crickets. If you really want to practice in AZ...think about Mayo. You could rotate in Scottsdale for up to three months out of the three years...and would align yourself well to work in practice in AZ. I'm from Jacksonville, FL and I would be lying if it wasn't something that I considered when ranked Mayo #1.
