HI friend:
i am studying ophtalmology now in syria and I want to study ophtalmology in the USA
but it seems to be impossible for a forigne doctor to study ophtalmology in the US since it is so defficult to do that for the americans..
can you tell me if it is possible to me to study ophtalmology in the US

Hi,

While it is possible. Foreign medical graduates find it very difficult to study ophthalmology here. Out of ~450 spots per year, less than 10 foreign medical grads will be matched in US programs.
 
thanks Andrew for your replay but what thee forign med student need to be matched in the US..... what they asked in ophtalmology programs...
