NEW RULES for writing during 15 min tutorial??????

So I keep hearing different things on here about whether we can write on our sheet/board during the 15 minute tutorial before the test. Most people are saying we can't draw our PAT tic-tac-toe method, or the grid for the cube counting and etc.. Can anyone give me input as to whether the rules are FORSURE changed or not? I'm taking my DAT in August, just want to make sure that I prepare for it now if the rules are changed
