3.96gpa 35S mcat (12,11,12). Other things are on the MDapps.

I was wondering if this list seems about right, or if there are any suggestions you might have with regards to potential schools 🙂. Thanks!

I'm going to move this to the "What are my Chances?" subforum, which is really the more appropriate forum to ask these kinds of personalized questions.

Gotta say I like seeing the Texas schools on your list 😉, even though obviously it'll be an uphill battle as an OOS applicant.

Her MDAPPS says her home state is Texas, even though she goes to school in OK.

Hmmm... reading comprehension FTL 🙁 All I saw was OU on my first glance. In that case, I'd add Texas A&M, Texas Tech, and Texas Tech-El Paso. I mean, I understand if those aren't your top choices and someone with your stats should get in somewhere "better" if you want, but I always recommend that people apply to every state school; having interviewed at all of them, I can honestly say that there isnt' a single "bad" school among the whole group. You could at the very least go and see if they give you a scholarship, which you could then use to potentially barter with other schools.

Why Colorado? I've heard that OOS tuition is like 80k/year this year. Yes, tuition alone.

Cost of attendance (this year): $72k...OP, Maryland is $75k this year for OOS: you really want to do that to yourself?

List overall looks fine to me, with a couple reservations on the state schools you are OOS for (Colorado, Maryland, UNC)

Sorry, I thought I was in that subforum.

I am a Texas resident, but currently go to school in Oklahoma.
