Newborn- circulatory adjustments

In the circulatory adjustments at birth, I don't understand how after the first breath of the newborn
the pressure in the pulmonary tissues decreases (there is blood in the pulmonary tissues thus pressure) and how blood pressure is now high in the aorta (since blood is now more systematically distributed, it should be lower)?
