Hello everyone,
So I received an email from Case saying I was "on deck" for the next offer to the class of 2013. However, the class if currently full. I feel like I wouldn't have received this email if they didn't expect someone to withdraw between now and August. I am not sure how common this is for people to withdraw after making the non-refundable deposit.
My DAT is 20/19 and I have a 3.8 Master's GPA and 3.2 undergrad. I have been studying for the DAT again to retake sometime in late July. Does anybody have any experience with my situation or have any advice for me? I planned to purchase about $450 more worth of study material and then reapplying to 10-15 schools would cost me another $2000. I am not made of money..
I feel like I should still study but really dont want to dish out all this money just to find out I have a spot in the class of 2017. After all, I could be waiting until August just to find out that I DONT have a spot. I just feel like I am in a predicament and I can't figure out the best path.
If I find out I don't have a spot I would be sending in my new AADSAS application in August and would be at a major disadvantage to those who applied in July.
Any comments are greatly appreciated!
