Is the COMLEX changing formats next year? Something about a practical portion? Is this true?

It is not changing format next year. The Class of 2004 is scheduled to be Guinea pigs for Step 2 exam, which will include a practical exam on OMT. HOwever, my conversation with a national leader led me to believe this will not happen due to the lack of grading standards and training of evaluators. I was told this format change is a number of years away.
