I am remediating for a very hard course. Our school has a stupid policy if you fail the remediation, you have to repeat the whole academic year.
Just wondering if I have to repeat a year, will I be considered breaching of contract and have to repay 3X as much funding they gave me???? Does anyone have a similar experience can share? I will very much appreciate it. Thank you!
