Can someone please tell me when the NHSC scholarship will be available? If anyone knows. They said they were going to have them available last month, but I guess not....

that was for last year. I've called and it's still not available for 2010-2011.
"This year's NHSC Scholarship application deadline has passed. Applicants selected to receive the scholarship will be notified by September 30.
