Does anyone know where I could find a template for a "scutsheet"/ sheet to keep track of labs, etc. for the NICU? Medfools has a lot of great downloads, but none that really apply to the NICU (or PICU for that matter). I'm doing my first NICU month and trying not to look like an idiot.

Thanks for any help!

If you can't find anything else, I used the medicine ICU scutsheet from medfools for PICU. It worked pretty well since it had spots for vent settings and blood gases.

Here is what residents use in our PICU at Children's Hospital of Wisconsin:

Sorry to resurrect this old thread, but since the link doesn't work I was wondering if anyone had an updated version for a PICU or NICU scutsheet template.

Here's what i use - it's built for my NICU, but it's what most of us use at my program. Basically this is a sheet that we carry on rounds and use to present off of.
