I recently landed a research job at NIH and I have a concern about the background check, for those that have been recently hired at NIH, did the background check also ask for financial information as well? I ask this because I have been fighting with a creditor to remove an erroneous medical bill for the past year and I do not want this to hinder me from getting my ID badge.
