NIH Clinical Rotations Program - Difficult to get?

I was wondering if anyone on here has done a 3rd year rotation with the NIH through their CRP. If so, was it exceptionally difficult to get? I'm interested in supplementing my 3rd year rotations with some experience here prior to doing my 4th year auditions at ACGME programs.
