NIH Post Bacc in Detroit

Hello!
Has anyone on here gotten a post bacc position in Detroit through the NIH. I would love to pursue the IRTA program and recently found out the NIH has a location associated with the Wayne State Medical School. The IRTA website describes these spots as limited and I have had a hard time finding much information about these positions. If anybody on here has information that could help I would greatly appreciate it.
