How does the NIH SIP look compared to other summer programs (SURF, REU)?

Also, did anyone who has done NIH SIP have to undergo a drug screening when they got there?

NIH is the best of the best. Any Summer Research program SURF, REU etc. is awesome, but NIH is bar none.
