Is nitrite test negative for all conditions of sterile pyurea?

Does that mean its negative for Chlamydia and Nesisseria as well?

Nitrite test will only be positive in the presence of extra cellular gram negative bacteria.
As for Nesseria, only one species N mucosa is able to reduce nitrite. Chlamydia will not due to it being obligate intracellular.
