According to NJ state law, how long after you're licensed can you reciprocate? Seems to be debate about 1 vs 2 years

To Reciprocal your license you need 1) be licensed in a mutually reciprocating state 2) practiced for a least 1500 hours within the immediately prior to two years or have registered as an intern who has met the internship requirements within two years period immediately prior to applications.
