I can't decide where to go to school. I got acceptances at a few schools but have narrowed it down to NJMS or Drexel (acceptances at both) but am also still considering temple just in case I get in off the waitlist. NJMS is in-state for me so tuition would be roughly 47k a year. That being said, the campus (both in terms of the city and the amenities of the school itself) is nowhere near as nice as either temple or drexel. I went to drexel for undergrad so I am very familiar with the campus and the city of philadelphia as a whole. I have many friends in philly, I love the city, and would prefer to stay here but being on how I am paying for school, rent, and just living in general entirely through loans for the next 4 years, Its hard to turn down such a significant discount in cost. Drexel is roughly 74k a year and temple is 61k. I do not know what specialty I want to go in to so I can't use that to sway me one way or another. In terms of the "better" program, I don't know what to believe because websites like admit.org and us news and world report that rank MD programs differ considerably. Drexel doesn't have a hospital so would have to rotate all over for clinical years. Newark is expensive and inferior to philly in my opinon.

I think NJMS is objectively a better school, you're also extremely close to NYC if you go there. IMO, the extra tuition is not worth it for a lower-ranked school.

NJMS is cheaper than both Drexel and Temple, and like the previous comment said is probably generally considered the best out of the 3. I think NJMS is the clear winner from the 3.
