NMAT in the US?

Does anyone know the procedure for registering for the NMAT in the US? Specifically California. I wasn't able to find any information about it in CEM's page. ( http://www.cem-inc.org.ph/index.php?option=com_frontpage&Itemid=1 )

This Link will show you instructions/details for foreign NMAT tests.
I don't think they have announced the Venue for 2009 November test yet. But I'm sure it will be located somewhere in L.A. California.
