the practice exam does not have the high light function, cross out function... there are also no numbers on the side...
this is very different from the question banks!!!
i hate the nmbe practice exam format!!!

is it similar to the real thing? so are we not allowed to highlight things or cross things off? are we not able to go back to the question unless we end the test or click "back, back, back"..????

So it's not like the NBME where you can select "Review marked" at the end and flip through all your marked questions? It's like UWorld where there's a list of numbers down the side and you click on the question you want to review?

Probably seems stupid, but I'm just curious. I kind of like that feature.

i'll say it again. the format of the usmle is exactly like usmle world. When I started my exam i totally felt like i was doing one of those 50 question blocks on usmle world. it actually made things very familiar and comfortable.
