I don't understand your question. So I'm just going to state a few facts based on the picture. The number of peaks signifies the amount of adjacent hydrogens. The far left set of peaks is the -CH2 next to the bromine. The electronegative atom shifts that HNMR set of peaks to the left due to its proximity.

If I were to draw an arrow from each part of the molecular formula to the corresponding peak how would I go about doing this?

Which peak corresponds to the CH3 group?
 
You can tell this by its 3 peaks signifying 2 adjacent hydrogens. It can't be the set of peaks on the far left since that's been shifted over by the -Br
 
The electronegativity of Br results in adjacent carbons to be shifted downfield due to withdrawn electron density. The CHx groups nearest the Br would be the most downfield and those farthest would be further upfield. This can be simply verified by observing the splitting patterns.
