I doubt it. I interpreted it to mean that you are good to go - and don't have to do anything else unless contacted by the school - hopefully for interview.

Basically your adsas and supp apps are in.

Not sure, either. I had that update from WVU at the end of July, but they didn't even have my LOR's yet...and I have yet to see a secondary app from them.
