No cost to certify more than once?

Just curious if anyone knows if there are any fees to certify more than once, assuming you stay within the 15 program limit. I searched but didn't find an answer, so please don't rip me a new one.

I was bored so I just certified and then changed the ROL and recertified, and I can confirm that there is no charge for recertifying (presumeably as many times as you want) your ROL given it's within the 15 program limit. Otherwise, you would have to pay the extra fee each time you recertify.
