Should I assume I'm basically on their waitlist? I interviewed mid-Jan at my state school and it has been over 3 months since I've heard a decision..

It is probably a good idea to send the schools an update letter saying that you are still interested and would love to be a member of their class.

UConn? I interviewed in early-March and haven't heard anything. Don't understand how they could just string us (especially you) out like this and never get back.
