Sounds like you have some test anxiety, or just were performing badly due to illness. You should study, learn some strategies to deal with the anxiety, and you will do much better. You can recover this, and many people have been accepted relying on their 2nd, 3rd or maybe even 4th or more MCAT score (having scored much lower the first time around).
