I was wondering if there was any sort of loans which does not bear any interest....I'm thinking med school

There are subsidized Stafford loans available from the Federal government (a maximum of $8,500 per year for medical students) for which the interest is subsidized while in school and while in deferment (for the first 3 years of residency). Once you enter repayment, interest begins to accrue.
