Hi
This is my first time posting. I applied late, finished majority of my secondaries in mid September and October. I applied to 20 schools. No interview so far, And I got pre-interview hold at upstate (I checked online, apparently it's pretty much a rejection) downstate is requesting my fall grade and Tulane just rejected me yesterday. My stats:3.5 and 32 (11v 11p 10b). A friend if mine who has the same stats applied a little later than I did and already got three interviews. I know I can't compare myself with others but this is really frustrating no doubt.

I'm starting to plan for next year. But I just want to know if there is ANY chance that I might have a shot at this point. I will appreciate it if somebody who had the similar experience can share their stories. Thanks and happy holidays.

Don't start stressing yet.

I'm in the same boat and submitted secondaries around the same time as you. I'm starting to make plans for reapplying, but won't really be concerned until late January. Remember that interview season goes on through at least March at most schools and that SDN folks are special in that they're more likely to have applied early, etc, etc etc etc.

I'd definitely start preparing next year. Figure out what you need for the next cycle, so that you can apply right on the opening date.

I don't know if your LOR's expire or if you need to do anything else as a re applicant, but I'd look into it.
And... while you're doing all this... maybe you'll get in! And it'll end up being a huge waste of time haha.
