Haven't been getting any interview notifications from most of the schools i applied to (and no rejections yet)...

what does that mean?

keep waiting? maybe a post-december interview?

waiting sucks.

Yeah this rolling admission sucks. There should be one deadline, Sept. 1. We all submit our apps by then, schools review them during the month and we interview Oct-Nov and get decisions in Dec.

Who was the genius who employed rolling admissions? He deserves to be shot!

You can freak out since June 1st... but you can start sh***** bricks when June 1st of 2012 rolls around.

applied to 15 schools which i know is a lot but w/e i figured the more i apply to the better chance i have. Im doing an unofficial post-bac right now so im thinking some of the schools are waiting till they get my fall grades before deciding on interview or rejection but either way this waiting thing sucks a**

Thats what I meant but then your app was early so maybe thats the deal....all the ones with scores below 20 (not including 20)...I have a 19 too (with nothing below 17) and my secondaries were completed in 1st week of sep. and so far havent heard anything (rolling admissions).

Is there anyone with a 19-18 and has received interviews so far with late aug-early sep mail date? Its funny though most schools have average DAT scores of 19 for last year. That means they accepted 50% of students above that score and 50% students below that score. So we have a chance right?

It depends on your mail out date... Mine was a bit late (aug 8) but I have a TS 25 and AA 23 so i have 5 interview 1 rejection and 10 still pending. Some schools are just slooooooow. USN just notified me of an interview for oct 26 so there are still pre-dec slots out there. All my top picks are still in the review process.

So at this point my guess is that its not the average DAT score that is holding it back but the late app...and thats what has killed the app I guess for pre-dec invites and made it harder now.
I am sure they have gotten to us since one of my friends has exactly the same mailing date with a hold for interview..which I dont know is a good or bad thing.

But your scores are awesome so schools will probably run for you. I have average scores although my gpa is good.
