I would say go ahead and add those schools. Spending some money now is way better than wasting another year later. Don't make room for yourself to regret later. After you get you degree, the little money that you spend right now is nothing. But I have a question: Isn't that the deadline for primary submission for most schools Oct. 15? And today is Nov. 1 already. Check that before adding them.i dont even consider any school a safety!
i would go to any US-MD!
yea maybe i shouldn't have applied to einstein
but i thought my research would help
and maybe i shouldn't have applied to emory
but i thought my hospital/public health work would help
=[

Best of luck!👍heh.
when i said 'add them'
i really meant submit their secondaries
i had already added a bunch of schools 22 back in august when i wasn't sure of how each school would look at my application. then i got caught up with schoolwork and didn't send in secondaries to places where i didn't think i had a chance. and now its november. and im wondering if i should exercise the option.
thanks for your feedback though.
it makes perfect sense
i'll go ahead and take 3 days off of school to get these apps in.

If anyone tells you time doesn't matter, he's a liar. But being late is better than being absent.Wow, I'm a bit scared now. I have worse stats and I have interviews at some of those schools 😱
There's nothing special about me either...
EDIT: I take that back. Your completion was a bit late. Anyone who says it doesn't matter how early you apply is full of it.

Dude your MCAT is brilliant!👍I guess you can add them for the sake of having no regrets, but this late, you have very slim chances at any allopathic school. As a reapplicant, you really should've prepared better than that. It seems like you're not serious about med school this year, you probably should've waited 'till next yearr from the start.

but. you're from NY. (right?)
i wasn't THAT much later than you for applying to the NY schools....
i was complete at SUNY and NYMC by the end of august..
pls tell me its not lateness thats stopping me....

Ah
In the original post you said mid-September so I thought you meant you submitted your primary at that time.
I guess it could be location. I'm surprised Tulane hasn't given you an interview. REALLY surprised since you're attending Tulane and your MCAT is much higher than their average.
they say too bad?
lmao.
now that is something.
congrats on that score, btw.
