NO INTERVIEWS YET. AM I SCREWED?

This forum made possible through the generous support of SDN members, donors, and sponsors. Thank you.
I have received no interview invitations yet.
Is it end of my world?
Can confirm. Would like to know the answer to this. That would great...

Also what's up fellow not invite friend! I spent all today, very stressed, phoning each university and checking my status. A lot of the schools mentioned that they will continue interview after the first of the year. But some schools, University of Kentucky, have one more interview portioned scheduled and it is in January.

Today I will be crafting two letters to send out of my top schools and very elegantly say please let me go to your school. That would be awesome. Sincerely macabalony.

Just to make you feel a bit better, both of the GPs I did my shadowing with didn't get interviewed until after the new year and were both accepted in February. A classmate of mine got accepted in May last year! There is still a chance you will get in.

Thank you for the encouragement!

Theres plenty of people who get interviewed post-december, I got a bunch of invites after the new year, theres still hope, best of luck

Don't worry at all. I believe half of the rest of the seats get filled post-december. You will get in somewhere eventually.

If I were in your position, the last thing I could/would do is to not be concerned about it. Reevaluate your application, try to find out what it is that prevented you from even being considered by schools and begin working on it. If it's really your grades, it's about that time to look into a masters programs before it gets too late. That's not to say there is no hope, but I would rather be safe than sorry. This is a big deal after all, and being without an interview this late in the game is nothing to sweep under the rug.
