No interviews yet, should I be concerned?

I applied to 12 MDs with similar stats/scores as mine early July and have not heard back from any. I have gotten 2 DO interviews. Should I be concerned?
MCAT: 509
sGPA: 3.85
cGPA: 3.76
Experiences:
medical scribe full time 7 months
shadowing orthopedics 40 hours
Division 1 athletics 4 years and 2 year captain
biology tutor
microbiology research 1 year
advanced anatomy and cadaver experiences
outstanding senior award chosen by department of health sciences

You already have 2 interviews which is more than most at this point in time, I'm not sure what you're worried about!

Patience is a virtue, the need for instant gratification is not.

Applications are not processed in the order that they are received.

Do do covid-19 and the economy tanking, applications are up this year oh, well above normal. This slows things down.
