Hmmm...
This may be because you have not one, but two strikes against you, unfortunately.
The first strike is, of course, your GPA. While the upward trend starting in sophomore year is really good, schools that just set cut-offs are likely to miss the trend. And let's be honest: given the sheer number of applicants to med school, a lot of schools are doing just that. The second strike is your MCAT. Schools are more likely to believe in an upward trend once you crack 30 on that bad boy. You came reeeeally close, but you aren't quite there.
I think you may well find yourself with interviews later on in the season, so don't start freaking out completely.
But the good news is that, in a worst-case scenario, both of these issues can be relatively easily worked upon. In the unfortunate event that you need to reapply, you'll have had a year to pull up that GPA and also more time to study for the MCAT. If you get mostly A's this year, you should be able to pull up your stats to ~3.4 BCPM and ~3.6 Overall GPA, right? Likewise, if you could just eek out one more point on the MCAT, it could push you into a whole new admissions bracket.
So the bottom line is that I really hope you get in this year! But if you don't, you should definitely, definitely not give up. Just bring those numbers up a teensy bit more!

EDIT: Oh, I see- you've already graduated. Well, I still stand by my advice- you just need to take more scinece classes as either a post-bacc student or in a formal SMP program to raise that GPA. But it can be done, my friend, especially with someone with an upward trend like yours!
