I heard for few school matters,and they announced it during their IV dates that they dont want to see attempts on nbde...but i know many people who got in with attempts too. but your overall profile matters more i guess. So apply to those most schools who are ok with it. 🙂
Specialization with double attempts is out of the question for sure. IDP is more forgiving. Still more then 3 attempts is plain embarrassing, not to mention expensive and nerve recking. Try to prepare properly before taking the exam
