For those that don't get in this year and don't have a Plan B:

Let's get together and open up a gourmet food truck. I have not yet come across a true gourmet food truck and I have been dining off food trucks for the last 10 years. I'm talking about caviar, 1870 Chateau Lafite Rothschild wine, escargot, delmonico steaks, aged whiskey, crystale, succulent scallops, white truffle, foie gras, kobe beef, you name it baby! And the best part: you have to make reservations to order from the food truck! There is absolutely no way this thing can fail. Who's with me?

If you don't get in this year, you can improve your application by gaining valuable experience in dental assisting...meaning you can come into the clinic and suction for me all day, every day, for the next year. You can mount my casts, wax my teeth, and everything else I just don't feel like doing. You'll get in by next year, I promise. 😀

What about fresh sushi on wheels?

Edit: reason I say sushi is everything's cold... can you effectively power an oven/grill for steaks and such in a truck?? Most trucks I've seen run by skillet

Sushi from a food truck? That's a little risque for me. There's actually one of those on my campus. The only problem is that you can get better and cheaper sushi practically anywhere these days. Maybe pho from a food truck? That sounds yummy . . .
