Non-CASPA Applications

With CASPA up and running taking applications for appx. half of the programs out there, does anyone think that the application numbers for schools not listed with CASPA will decline? I am curious what people think about this. With the convenience of applying to schools with the click of a mouse, why wouldn't applications taken only on paper decline? Just curious and thought it would be a good POSITIVE conversation starter.
