So, lately I've heard that med schools are starting to advocate taking more courses in the social sciences and humanities because socioeconomics and cultural dynamics are as important to field as raw sciences. I'm a Bio major but I was considering double majoring in sociology (which works out to be only about 4 additional classes). Anyway, I was just wondering if anyone was doing anything similar or had any insight on the whole "new trend in pre-med curriculum" business
