there are lots of threads about online pre-req course, telling me not to take them, but what about non pre-reqs
like immunology course at uc berkeley extension?
i mean, it is a proctored exam, but 820 bucks, would be count at all, i'd love to take that course, so long as it would help me in my gpa~~ any advise??

Maybe it would count from UC berkeley extension ,but I imagine it wouldn't from like University of Phoenix Online.

A few online courses probably wouldn't hurt. Some don't even show up on the transcrip that you have taken it online. I've heard that some schools specifically say that courses should not be online in regard to the pre-med requirements. So many B&M schools now offer online classes that it becoming common for people to take at least one or two over the length of their college educations.

Whenever in doubt, contact the schools that you wish to apply. Good luck! 🙂

see pm. if you're taking a fixed date course for immunology, you should be fine. if you're taking the other section - then look up your professor on ratemyprofessors dot com
