Most schools require LORs from 2 science professors and 1 non-science professor.

I tried asking my most recent English professor for a letter but he isn't taking any more requests. Looking at my past coursework only makes me more sad because most of my non-science courses, i.e. Spanish, Linguistics, and Writing classes were taught by TAs where I never even saw the professors' faces. That's the problem with going to a large school. Then again, I could probably get some very bad letters from some professors who I took classes with 2 years ago. What should I do? Does it matter if the "faculty" member doesn't have a Ph.D. and is a graduate student? Or should I try to stretch Atmospheric sciences and Community health sciences by treating them as "non-science"? They don't count into the overall BCPM gpa....

I don't know where to go from here...

IMO, getting a letter from a TA is not highly recommended. Maybe you can set up a meeting with you, the TA, and the professor...

I am getting a letter from my abnormal psych teacher who is a PhD candidate, but she already has a masters degree. Same thing for my First Responder teacher: masters degree but he is an EMT so that's what he does for a living. My other two letter writers have PhDs.

So a letter from someone with a masters is just as good as someone with a Ph.D.?
