I'm currently a non-trad grad student in the sciences and I know for most medical schools they require 1 non-science LOR. All of my courses that I have taken are science courses( I'm also taking stats but I am assuming that is science as well). Since the last time I took a non-science course was during college, would it be a good idea to ask for one from my undergrad even though it has been a while or should I just take a non-science course? Thanks for the input!

When thinking about this question, you should consider how long you've been out of school for/how long ago you took your last science class/how well the professor of that class knew when they taught the class and how likely they are to remember you. If it's been quite a long time since you've taken a non-science class and you didn't know the professor that well to begin with, taking a non-science course now may be something you want to consider.
