non urm acceptances with a 7 in verbal

You can probably check out other threads on this topic (acceptances with a 6/7 verbal). I posted earlier that my cousin had a 3.9 GPA at a UC school (not Berkeley or LA), and an MCAT score of 6V, 14P, 15B. English is his second language but he is not a URM. He was accepted at the University of Iowa off the waitlist three years ago.
