Here's my take: you don't have nearly enough clinical experience. Pharmacy techician is not sufficient. (I applied with >4000 pharmacy tech hours on my app..)

Did you not apply this cycle yet? I would definitely wait another cycle and do a lot of clinical volunteering. I would wait a year between cycles if your last cycle was just now
