I will be moving there and I was wondering if it is hard or easy to find a dentist willing to take me.

I'm willing to drive anywhere in Stockton, Sac, Fairfield, SF, East bay etc.

Any ideas?

There are a ton of Dentists in California, I am sure someone will let you shadow them if you tell them you are interested in possibly pursuing a career in dentistry

Yikes... that's quite a range. Nothing like a nice 83 mile drive from Stockton to SF. What area exactly will you be residing in, as I know of a couple organized programs. But as mentioned above, you will find a plethora of dentists in Norcal and many will probably be willing to let you shadow.

What do you mean by this?

More likely Sac or East Bay. I am also willing to drive if necessary.....

I even have completed a dental assisting module (3 months) in another state but still need my externship hours started in order to get my certification in paper. Thanks.

They take in pre-dents and get them very involved.
