which programs are considered the best in the northeast. by best I mean by whatever standards you set, feel free to explain your standards for feeling that certain programs are better than others.

I couldn't hear you - I was talking about my BMW.

Incidentally, I tell all the applicants now that 1 applicant was put off by my talking about my car - when the point was, I could afford to buy it on my resident salary. The other ~120 applicants have actually been not offended, but satisfied with my talking (as they have anonymously written on their evaluations). But, hey, 1 person in 120 can't be wrong, right?
