Hey-
I have some questions re: Northwestern and Univ. of Chicago. (I am a resident of Illinois). I also know that, even though UC is private, that 35% of their class is from Illinois. My questions are:
1)does anyone know about NWU? I have read conflictly statement about their 7 year BA/MD program taking 60 spots for the medical school class; I have heard other reports that their are 120 spots + an ADDITIONAL 60 spots for the BA/MD program.
2) I have read different publications that indicate what stats would make one competitive for an interview at either of these schools. My advisor said that a 3.5 and a 30 would make an applicant "competitive, but not outstanding" for these schools. Any comments??
Thanks.
Go Cubbies!!
