I just wanted to say that this is a great community, and I wish I had been able to contribute more!

Was wondering how come we talk only about the 'well-known' programs, what about the other programs where I am sure at least some applicants have been too? 😉

Any thoughts on these programs for eg: OHSU, Portland
U of Utah
U of Conn
U of Vermont
Stonybrook U
SUNY upstate
Kaiser Perm,LA
Loma Linda Univ

Would love to hear about your thoughts on them or others like them, even community programs where probably some applicants have gone to, just to get a feel for them too.

I would say that University of Utah is the best followed by Vermont... also depends on ur goals, geograpical factors as well as visa status if thats an issue

U of Ut is a good place to go,followed by LL,UV,UC and then KP, OHSU,Sun U and ston,

Also,did anyone happen to interview at UofUTah where there was a particular interviewer who asked to demonstrate the techniques for inserting a swan!!!?😎

Yes I did interviewed at U of Utah. They did not ask any clinical questions to me. I did get a personal letter from one of the PD there, not sure if any one else got the same.

How is University of Arizona? Any in put please? Which is good Univ of Utah or Univ of Arizona? please help..

I got perosonal letter from PD also saing that they will rank me high and plan to bring me there into the program. they didnt ask me any medical question. its nice program only thing is location.

Can anyone give their thoughts on some of the Midwest/South programs, like the 8 Chicago programs, Kansas, Missouri, U of Arizona, Good Samiratan (Pheonix), Oklahoma, non-top tier Texas programs, and Florida programs. Thanks!
