you guys have gone the road. so any opinions on how bad taking a august mcat is? should i take it in august and wait another year to reply? anyone get in with an august mcat? how can i be ready otherwise?

i know this sounds stupid but i figure you guys would know more than the other threads.

well, is there any more information to your story?? are you a first time applicant, or are you re-applying and wondering whether to take the august mcat or not??

Personally, I'm retaking the April MCAT and planning on getting my apps in at the first possible time. I have come to the conclusion that i didn't get a whole bunch of interviews because my stuff got in late. If you feel that you can complete the entire application process early as well as study for the august mcat, i would say go for it. but then again, i dont know you situation.
