Hello: I am a first year intern in obgyn and I was wondering if there are any pre-printed note cards out there that can be used to track new patients and important details about their hx etc. i have seen them used by medicine interns but i am wondering if the same kind of organizational tool exists in obgyn. any tips or advice on where to get this sort of thing is much appreciated.
