Does this letter actually have to be from a lib arts professor or just a non science?

Neither. I turned in two science letters, one from my research PI, and one from my dentist. The liberal arts thing is very flexible.

Thanks for vouching @BrazilianRider, and this kid got interviews to everywhere he applied. Lemme see if I can list them all:
Pitt
UF
Nova
Kentucky
Louisville
Creighton
UDM
Tufts
Both MWUs
Case

I know there are a couple more but that's all I can remember.

I also got an interview at LECOM. Did not get an interview to USC though.

Was it mainly because of the DAT score? And thanks @rendal for the initial tip about Nova

I'd say getting those interviews were influenced by three main things (in no particular order): 1) GPA trend, 2) DAT, 3) URM status
