This is mind boggling, what were the weaknesses in your application in your opinion?

It was probably his LORs. I spoke to a member of the staff from NSU that decides this process and she said if you don't have a good LOR they basically throw your application in the trash without second thoughts. So maybe that's why?

Finally got an email from Nova telling me application is going (finally) to be reviewed. fingers crossed!😀

stay positive!! I received the same email on 4/22 and today 5/14 they finally got back to me and told me i was accepted!!!!

how did they contact you? I sent an email to admissions counselor and got an "I'm out of the office message".

They called me yesterday afternoon like around 3:30 and today I finally got the acceptance letter by email!!

For posters who have been accepted, was wondering about maximum amount available for unsubsidized loans. Confused if it is$ 20,500 per calendar year or every 2 semesters Fall and Spring.
