So it says that you can check the status of your application and what things they still need from you on their webstar page. Well, when I check, all that it shows them having is my $50.

I have gotten two e-mails from them saying they received a letter of reference (the one that AADSAS just sent out), and now one saying they have my signature page.

I can't imagine that my other AADSAS letters and things aren't there... but I e-mailed them about a week ago with no response.

Am I to assume they're just slow at updating? Has anyone else had this problem? If they don't have my other things from AADSAS I wanna get them sent again....

I don't think they update the website at all, or just haven't begun to yet. They've received all of my materials, including the signature page, but no update. I even got the interview, so it really doesn't make sense. I'd suggest to email or call again because they probably won't be updating the site anytime soon.

Webstar is a piece of s*it!!!! Nothing EVER gets updated and its been almost a month now. The site doesn't even show that they have my money... and I had to call them up to update my status and the lady was so monotone on the phone.

I am having the same problem. I have e-mailed them a couple of times and even called their office a couple of times. I talked to one really nice lady there once, but she didn't know how to check on the status of the supplemental material. She transferred me to a not so nice lady that told me I should just keep watching the website because she was really busy and didn't have the time to figure out my situation. I have just decided that they must be so busy and their computer update helper has been sick for several weeks. Hopefully he or she will get better soon and everyone will be so relieved that thwy will be lots nicer in the future and we will all get in!!
